你我结发成为夫妻，相亲相爱两不相疑。
We as husband and wife are deeply in love and have no doubts.
欢乐只在今天晚上，两情欢好要趁这美好的时刻。
Joy is only tonight let's cherish this wonderful moment of love.
远征人心里老惦记出行的事，起身看看深夜到何时？
In the hearts of those who are far away they are always thinking about when to leave. Get up and see how late it is at night.
天上星星全都看不到，走啊从此分别了。
The stars in the sky cannot be seen anymore let's go we are parting from now on.
奉命远行上战场，两人不知何时才能相见。
We are ordered to go to the battlefield we don't know when we will meet again.
紧握双手长声叹息，生离别啊泪更多。
Holding hands tightly sighing deeply tears flow more in the separation.
努力珍惜青春，不要忘记欢乐的时候。
Make efforts to cherish our youth don't forget the joyful moments.
如果有幸能活着，一定会回到你身边。如果不幸死了，也会永远想你。
If I am fortunate enough to survive I will definitely come back to you. If I unfortunately die I will always think of you.
注释：
结发：Refers to when a man and a woman reach adulthood. In ancient times men would tie their hair and wear a hat at the age of 20 while women would tie their hair and wear a hairpin at the age of 15 indicating that they are married.
嬿（yàn）婉：The two lovers are in harmony. 及：Take advantage of.
怀往路：Thinking about the journey. 往路 can also be written as 远路.
往：Go travel.
夜何其：From the poem Ting Liao in the Book of Songs: 夜如何其? means When is it night? 其（jī）is a particle at the end of a sentence.
参（shēn）：The name of a star that appears in the western sky every evening. 辰：The name of a star that appears in the eastern sky before dawn.
参辰：Constellation.
辞：Say goodbye part ways.
行役：Refers to being ordered to go on a distant journey.
生别：Separation.
滋：Increase more.
爱：Cherish.
春华：Youth. Metaphorically refers to the prime of life.
来归：Return.
