香炉峰在阳光的照射下生起紫色烟霞，从远处看去瀑布好似白色绢绸悬挂山前。
Under the sunlight Xianglu Peak emits purple smoke and mist and from a distance the waterfall appears like white silk hanging in front of the mountain.
高崖上飞腾直落的瀑布好像有几千尺，让人怀疑是银河从天上泻落到人间。
The waterfall soaring and falling from the high cliff seems to be thousands of feet high making people suspect that it is the Milky Way pouring down from the sky to the mortal world.
注释：
香炉：指香炉峰。
Xianglu: Refers to Xianglu Peak.
紫烟：指日光透过云雾，远望如紫色的烟云。
Ziyan: Refers to the purple smoke and mist formed when sunlight passes through clouds appearing purple from a distance.
遥看：从远处看。
Yaokan: To look from a distance.
挂：悬挂。
Gua: To hang.
前川：一作“长川”。
Qianchuan: Also known as Changchuan.
川：河流，这里指瀑布。
