漫步城东门，美女多若天上云。
Walking outside the east gate of the city there are beautiful women as numerous as clouds in the sky.
虽然多若云，非我所思人。
Although there are many beautiful women like clouds none of them are the person I am thinking of.
唯此素衣绿头巾，令我爱在心。
Only this woman in plain clothes and a green headscarf makes me fall in love.
漫步城门外，美女多若茅花白。
Walking outside the city gate there are beautiful women as numerous as white hibiscus flowers.
虽若茅花白，亦非我所怀。
Although they are as beautiful as white hibiscus flowers they are not the ones I cherish.
唯此素衣红佩巾，可娱可相爱。
Only this woman in plain clothes and a red scarf can bring me joy and love.

东门：城东门。
East gate: the eastern gate of the city.
如云：形容众多。
Like clouds: describing a large number of people.
匪：非。思存：想念。思：语助词。存：一说在；一说念；一说慰籍。
匪: not. 思存: thinking of. 思: auxiliary word. 存: some interpretations are being with thinking of or consoling.
缟（gǎo 稿）：白色；素白绢。綦（qí 其）巾：暗绿色头巾。
