运行万里而来的瞿塘峡的月亮,今春以来已经是第六次出现上弦月了。
The moon of Qutang Gorge which has traveled thousands of miles has appeared as a waxing crescent for the sixth time since this spring.
月光常常照亮我幽暗的居室,洒满无垠的蓝天。
The moonlight often illuminates my dim room filling the boundless blue sky.
月光静静洒下,凉爽透过衣襟,格外宜人;月亮高高地悬挂天空,空自对着我挂满泪痕的脸,竟无动于衷。
The moonlight gently falls bringing a coolness through my clothes which is particularly pleasant; the moon hangs high in the sky facing my tear-stained face but remains indifferent.

万里:The moon has traveled thousands of miles also metaphorically referring to the wandering poet.
瞿唐:Qutang Gorge located in the section of the Yangtze River between Fengjie and Wushan. Du Fu once lived here during the An Lushan Rebellion.
春来:since this spring.
上弦:waxing crescent referring to the shape of the moon on the seventh or eighth day of each lunar month.
时时:often. Synonymous with 故故 in this context.
开:illuminate. 满:fill with.
青天:blue sky.
爽:refreshing cool.
合:surround fill.
风襟:clothes. From Song Yu's Feng Fu: When the wind comes the king opens his clothes to face it.
当:facing.
