湖水满溢时白鹭翩翩飞舞，湖畔草长鸣蛙处处。
When the lake water overflows white egrets dance gracefully and the grass by the lake is filled with the sound of croaking frogs.
新茬的竹笋早已成熟，木笔花却刚刚开始绽放。
The new crop of bamboo shoots has already matured while the flowers of the wood pen tree have just begun to bloom.
当年相识不见，午时梦回茶前，谁人共话当年？
We met in the past but haven't seen each other since. At noon I dream of the time before who can I talk to about the past?

湖山：湖水与山峦。胜处：美好的地方。
湖山 refers to the combination of lakes and mountains. 胜处 means a beautiful place.
野径：村野小路。
野径 means a small path in the countryside.
有时：有时候，表示间或不定，谓有如愿之时。
有时 means sometimes indicating occasional and uncertain moments of fulfillment.
