夜里做梦与你携手共同游玩，早晨醒来泪水流满巾也止不住。
In my dreams at night I wander and play with you hand in hand. When I wake up in the morning tears flow and cannot be stopped.
在漳浦我三次生病，长安城草生草长已经八个年头。
In Zhangpu I fell ill three times and it has been eight years since the grass grew in Chang'an City.
想你在黄泉之下，泥土侵蚀你的骨肉，最终化作一抔黄土，而我如今虽在人世，却也是两鬓苍苍。
I think of you under the yellow springs where the soil erodes your flesh and bones eventually turning into a clump of yellow earth. Although I am still in this world my temples have turned gray.
阿卫韩郎已经先后去世，黄泉茫昧昏暗能够知晓吗？
Both Awei and Hanlang have passed away. Can they perceive the darkness and vagueness of the yellow springs?
注释：
微之：唐朝诗人元稹（779－831），字微之，与白居易同科及第，并结为终生诗友。
Wei Zhi: Yuan Zhen (779-831) a poet of the Tang Dynasty also known as Wei Zhi passed the imperial examination together with Bai Juyi and became lifelong poetry friends.
漳浦：地名，在今福建漳州南部。
Zhangpu: A place name located in the southern part of Zhangzhou Fujian Province.
宿草：指墓地上隔年的草，用为悼念亡友之辞朋友之墓，有宿草而不哭焉。
Sucao: Refers to the grass that grows on the grave the following year used to mourn the deceased friend and it is said that one should not cry if there is sucao.
君埋泉下：指微之去世。
Jun mai quan xia: Refers to the death of Wei Zhi.
阿卫：微之的小儿子。
Awei: Wei Zhi's youngest son.
韩郎：微之的爱婿。
Hanlang: Wei Zhi's beloved son-in-law.
夜台：指坟墓，因为闭于坟墓，不见光明，所以称为夜台，后来也用来指代阴间。
Ye tai: Refers to the grave because it is closed and does not see the light so it is called
ight platform. Later it was also used to refer to the underworld.
茫昧：模糊不清。
Mang mei: Vague and unclear.
