Translation:
Qin Wangshan is green and beautiful while Ye Xi is cool and elegant flowing in the thousands of cliffs and valleys. The female wall is covered with mandarin duck tiles and there are soldiers holding halberds on the city wall. Penglai is as swift as a swallow reaching a height of three rests. Seeing the boat in the distance reminds me of Xi Shi who wandered around Taihu Lake with Fan Li. The former Gu Su Tai is now desolate and Xi Shi's hometown Zhu Luo Village is also not what it used to be which makes me feel a little lonely and melancholic.
Who can read history books without feeling sorrow? Always lamenting the loss of youth and the difficulty of long-lasting joy. Can I leave my name in history like Mei Fu and Wang Xizhi? But it might be better to learn from the Four Ming Madman He Zhizhang not being burdened by fame and fortune and leisurely enjoying oneself by the Mirror Lake exchanging all the wealth and honor for fine wine and indulging in pleasure in this waterfront place far away from the world.
