译文：
想当年客居他乡，飘零江汉；与你异乡聚首，携手醉还。
In the past I lived as a guest in a foreign land drifting along the rivers of Jianghan; now we meet again in a different place hand in hand intoxicated.
离别后如浮云飘流不定，岁月如流水一晃就已过了十年。
After parting time passed like drifting clouds and ten years flew by like flowing water.
今日相见，欢笑融洽的情态一如从前，人已头发稀疏，两鬓斑白了。
Today when we meet the joyful and harmonious atmosphere is just like before but I have become older with thinning hair and gray temples.
为何我不与故人同归去？因为淮上风景秀美的秋山。
Why don't I go back with my old friend? Because of the beautiful autumn mountains along the Huai River.
注释：
淮上：指淮水边。
梁州：指兴元府（今陕西汉中市）。
流水：喻岁月如流，又暗合江汉。
淮上有秋山：表示淮上的风景美丽，引申为不愿离开的意思。
