这里是古战场的残迹。放眼望去，只有那缠绕着尸骨的蔓草和那阴森的枯木。它如同一座收敛魂魄的地狱，凄凉，萧索。如果人生已经走到这一步，又怎能知晓天道安在？
This is the remnants of an ancient battlefield. Looking around there are only vines entwined with bones and eerie dead trees. It is like a hell that contains the souls desolate and bleak. If one's life has reached this point how can they know where the will of heaven lies?

古战场的残迹：指这个地方曾经是一片战场，现在只剩下一些残留的痕迹。
收敛魂魄的地狱：比喻这个地方阴森凄凉，让人感到毛骨悚然。
满目孤愁，心怀万般伤痛，脑海中仿佛又忆起随时间远去的亡灵。想那孤垒荒凉，危亭旷望，有多少人终因饮恨余生而心死神伤？
Full of loneliness the heart filled with countless sorrows memories of the departed souls resurface in the mind. Thinking of the desolate fortress and the empty pavilion how many people have died in despair and sorrow?

Emperor Qin Shi Huang raised his sword towards the east while the million-strong army of the nine allied states had already marched westward.

诸侯征战数百年，天地旋转，日月无光。最终秦皇削平了天下，而所有异国的文明也都随着刀光剑影化为碎片，流向虚空。
The feudal lords fought for hundreds of years the heavens and earth rotated and the sun and moon lost their light. In the end Emperor Qin unified the world and all the foreign civilizations were shattered and vanished into thin air.

Relying on the treacherousness of Mount Hua as a fortress and the depth of the Purple Abyss as a pond the grand plan of pacifying the world has been completed but the cruel nature has not changed. Using the tortoise as a beam millions of people were exiled as border soldiers. The country is in turmoil the wind and rain are merciless the beauty of thirty years is fleeting leaving only a sense of confusion and shock! On the day when the souls of the frontier guards are broken their souls have already returned to the Western Heaven...

赵王被俘虏后，终于离开了祖辈守卫百年的千里疆土，驾着哀鸣的马，身后跟着洒下热泪的臣子，向房陵进发。
After being captured King Zhao finally left the thousand-mile territory guarded by his ancestors for a hundred years. Riding a mournful horse followed by ministers shedding tears he headed towards Fangling.

Whenever the sun sets in the west memories of those vivid past events come to mind. The carved beams and jade walls the imperial palace and its halls all flow away mercilessly with the water. I have recalled it countless times but each time I am unable to find solace...

Farewell to the beautiful women of the old land abandoning the luxurious golden carriages. When I want to raise my cup and drink in sorrow sadness pours out like an endless wave of snow... How hateful and lamentable wasting heroic aspirations aging the feelings of youth!

艳姬美女：指美丽的女子。
金车玉乘：指豪华的马车。
蹉跎英雄志，苍老少年情：形容英雄志向被浪费，年少时的激情被岁月消磨。
千古功名仍在，但生前却是寂寞不幸，功名啊功名，你终比不上一腔悲愤的积怨！
Eternal fame remains but in life it was lonely and unfortunate. Oh fame you are ultimately inferior to the accumulated resentment filled with sorrow and indignation!

千古功名：指留名青史，流传千古的功绩。
一腔悲愤的积怨：指内心深处的悲伤和愤怒。
李陵打过大漠，北进数千里，所过之处，白刃一指，血海汪洋。只叹是三年征战，终抵不过胡人的八万铁骑。

削平天下，同文共规，华山为城，紫渊为池。
雄图既溢，武力未毕。
方架鼋鼍以为梁，巡海右以送日。
一旦魂断，宫车晚出。
若乃赵王既虏，迁于房陵。
薄暮心动，昧旦神兴。
别艳姬与美女，丧金舆及玉乘。
置酒欲饮，悲来填膺。
千秋万岁，为怨难胜。
至如李君降北，名辱身冤。
拔剑击柱，吊影惭魂。
情往上郡，心留雁门。
裂帛系书，誓还汉恩。
朝露溘至，握手何言？若夫明妃去时，仰天太息。
紫台稍远，关山无极。
摇风忽起，白日西匿。
陇雁少飞，代云寡色。
望君王兮何期？终芜绝兮异域。
至乃敬通见抵，罢归田里。
闭关却扫，塞门不仕。
左对孺人，顾弄稚子。
脱略公卿，跌宕文史。
赍志没地，长怀无已。
及夫中散下狱，神气激扬。
浊醪夕引，素琴晨张。
秋日萧索，浮云无光。
郁青霞之奇意，入修夜之不旸。
或有孤臣危涕，孽子坠心。
迁客海上，流戍陇阴，此人但闻悲风汩起，血下沾衿。
亦复含酸茹叹，销落湮沉。
若乃骑叠迹，车屯轨，黄尘匝地，歌吹四起。
无不烟断火绝，闭骨泉里。
已矣哉！春草暮兮秋风惊，秋风罢兮春草生。
绮罗毕兮池馆尽，琴瑟灭兮丘垄平。
自古皆有死，莫不饮恨而吞声。
