渡口杨柳依依，行客稀少，
The willows by the ferry sway gently few travelers pass by
艄公摇起桨驶向临圻。
The boatman starts rowing towards the shore.
我的相思就像春色一样，
My longing is like the spring scenery
从江南到江北送你回家。
From the south of the river to the north I send you home.
注释：
⑴沈子福，作者的朋友，生平事迹不详。《全唐诗》作沈子。归又作之。
Shen Zifu a friend of the author his life story is unknown. In Complete Tang Poems he is referred to as Shen Zi. 归 (guī) is another name for him.
⑵罟（gǔ )( 古）师：渔人。此指船夫。
Gǔ shī: Fisherman. Here it refers to the boatman.
⑶临圻（qí）：近岸之地，此指江东岸。
Lín qí: The area near the shore here it refers to the eastern bank of the river.
