北风吹卷着白云使之翻滚涌动，我要渡过汾河，到万里以外的地方去。
The north wind blows causing the white clouds to roll and surge. I want to cross the Fen River and go to a place thousands of miles away.
心绪伤感、惆怅，又恰逢落叶飘零，我再也不愿听到这萧瑟的秋风。
Feeling sad and melancholic coinciding with the falling leaves I no longer want to hear this desolate autumn wind.
注释：
汾上：指汾阳县（今山西万荣南）。汾：指汾水，为黄河第二大支流。
Fenshang: Refers to Fenyang County (now southern Wanrong Shanxi). Fen: Refers to the Fen River the second largest tributary of the Yellow River.
河汾：指汾水流入黄河的一段。
He Fen: Refers to a section where the Fen River flows into the Yellow River.
心绪：此处谓愁绪纷乱。
Xin Xu: Here it means a state of mixed emotions.
摇落：树叶凋零。
Yao Luo: Refers to the falling of leaves.
