自己成仙成佛的道路渺茫，都无法成功，只能在深夜独自作诗，抒发心中的不平。
The path of becoming an immortal or a Buddha oneself is elusive unable to succeed can only write poetry alone in the deep night expressing the discontent in one's heart.
飘泊不定的落魄生活，把诗人诗歌中慷概激昂之气消磨而尽。万念俱寂、对女子已经没有轻狂之念的人，却得到负心汉的名声。
The wandering and uncertain life has worn away the poet's heroic and passionate spirit in his poetry. A person who has lost all thoughts and no longer has frivolous thoughts towards women yet has gained a reputation as a heartless man.
十个人中有九个人是可以用白眼相向的，最没有用处的就是书生。
Among ten people nine can be looked down upon with disdainful eyes and the most useless one is the scholar.
不要忧愁自己写的愁苦之诗会成为吉凶的预言，春天的鸟儿和秋天的虫儿都会发出自己的声音。
Do not worry that the sorrowful poems you write will become prophecies of good or bad fortune the birds in spring and the insects in autumn will all make their own sounds.

风蓬：蓬草随风飘转，比喻人被命运拨弄，踪迹不定。
Fengpeng: The floating and drifting of pampas grass in the wind metaphor for people being manipulated by fate with an uncertain whereabouts.
泥絮：被泥水沾湿的柳絮，比喻不会再轻狂。
Nixu: Willow catkins soaked in mud metaphor for no longer being frivolous.
薄幸：对女子负心。
Boxing: Being unfaithful to a woman.
谶：将来会应验的话。
Chen: Words that will come true in the future.
