Translation:
Every year riding on a tall horse running around the capital city he actually treated the inn as his home while his actual home became like a temporary lodging. Every day he would use bronze coins to buy wine and drink recklessly spending his days idly and aimlessly passing the time from morning till night. Every night he would light red candles and gamble with dice often staying up all night until dawn.
