Translation:
The shadow of the sparse plum blossoms falls on the books. At this time the plum blossoms are covered with frost high and low without a hint of pink. These plum blossoms are a kind of elegance and charm so they don't need the tears of a red candle to illuminate them. Under the bright moon the moonlight shines on each plum blossom like a white silkworm cocoon paper. The shape of these plum blossoms reflects their divine nature as if they were painted with light ink creating a marvelous picture like a mesmerizing screen unfolded at night.
Covering the dim lamp the plum blossom shadow becomes even clearer and more captivating. The just bloomed plum blossoms are like open jade lotus flowers with silver-white petals everywhere. These beautiful flowers comfort my state of mind regardless of the changes in the outside world. They separate me from the mundane and dirty matters of the world avoiding the hustle and bustle. The west wind blows the curtains dance and I cannot fall asleep for a long time. I am willing to pawn my luxurious fur coat for such leisurely and carefree moments. Do not trim the withered plum blossoms.
